Beauty in your eyes

Beauty in your eyes
Make them pop
One easy and budget friendly way to make your eyes beautiful and attractive is through the correct application of eyeliner. Here’s how you can use an eyeliner for maximum effect:

•Don’t apply your eyeliner all the way to the inner corners. It tends to make the eyes look smaller. If you just trace along the outer lining of your eyes, you’ll get a gorgeous, elongated shape.

•For maximum impact, be sure to get the liner right onto the roots of your lashes. Move your pencil back and forth as you go to fill in all the gaps.

•Apply your mascara with a fan brush instead of the wand to cover the base of your lashes. Basically, the deeper the definition you have at your lash line, the more your eyes will stand out.

Accentuate the shape of your eyes
Almond
Ideally, most women want to make their eyes appear almond-shaped. To accentuate this shape, line your upper and lower lash lines and go as bold as you dare; it is best to use jet-black liquid liners.

Narrow
There is always something mysterious and sexy about narrow eyes. Keep them attractive by avoiding heavy, dark shadows and liners. These can overpower narrow eyes and close them up. Stick with light, gleaming shadows instead.

Round
Round is feminine and versatile and can work with different makeup looks. Because they look youthful, you can exaggerate their girly feel by shading all around the perimeter with smoky eye shadows.
It’s also easy to make them appear almond-shaped. The trick? Apply the liner around the perimeter of the eye, and then extend the liner out to create a beautiful almond shape, says MAC senior artist, John Stapelton.
If you have small, round eyes and want them to appear bigger, use the same technique with light or frosty liner shades to really open up the eyes.
